• Why is Swap Axis utility disabled for crosstab KPI even though I belong to Administrator role?

  The Swap Axis utility is enabled only for normal KPIs and remains disabled for crosstab KPIs. This is the reason, you cannot access Swap Axis utility for crosstab KPIs.
