In case of MS Excel, the application does not have control in terms of formatting to limit pages and maintain headings. The best way is to define the print settings suitably at the time of taking a print of the Excel report.

when a filter is applied in the excel report please make sure that appropriate 'Y' or 'N' is filtered out instead of filtering it by pack which may give the desired output.
