Why is the filter for the new manually added KPI, not working?
1. Go to Select the 'ADMIN_FILTER_DEFINITION' table in the admin database. 2. Ensure that the 'Default Value for the Filter' is a numeric value, and not 'ALL'.
The default value for the filter must have been 'ALL' instead of number. So, change the default value to number in 'ADMIN_FILTER_DEFINITION' table in the admin database.
This problem can occur due to the presence of special characters. Please check and clear the special character from the field SALE_INVOICE_TYPE_DESC of the table DIM_INVOICE_TYPE to solve the problem.
