Why is KPI not available for a particular User?

This problem can occur if the KPI is selected as ‘Private’ when published by the creator of the KPI. At the time of publishing a KPI, when the user selects the option as ‘private’, it will only appear for the user who created it. On the other hand, if the user selects the option as ‘public’ then, it will be visible to all the users who have access to that particular KPI Group/Module (as part of his security management) provided a user with ‘administrator’ privileges approves it.
