Why is BCM KPIs not getting downloaded?

BCM KPIs may not get downloaded if Adobe Reader is not installed. BCM KPIs usually produces results in the form of a PDF report when analyzed. So install Adobe Reader in all Application servers so that the BCM KPIs can be downloaded.
