Why are the new alerts scheduled not getting listed in 'My Alerts' section even though they are delivered to the recipients?

Why are the new alerts scheduled not getting listed in 'My Alerts' section even though they are delivered to the recipients?

This problem can occur due to the presence of the damaged older alert entries in the table - ADMIN_ALERTS. Remove the older alert entries from the tables - 'ADMIN_ALERTS', 'ADMIN_ALERT_STATUS'. Once the older entries are removed, the new alerts will get listed under 'My Alerts'.
