Why are the KPIs created by User not visible to an administrator user?
One of the reasons for such Issues is: Such Issues occur in a scenario when a User creates a KPI and that User's record is deleted altogether from the master User table - "ADMIN_MST_USER" itself. Therefore, in order to address this Issue, we suggest you to update the 'createdby' column to '1' in ADMIN_KPI to make those KPIs visible in Administrator module.
