Where do I check the status of the scheduled mails?
You can check it in the application log file, located in the tomcat folder (For example, E:\Tomcat\logs). You can view the latest log file (For example, stdout_20100201). Log file records and displays the exact status of all the activities in ARC including the scheduled emails, report bursts etc. To check whether the scheduled mails are executed properly, schedule an email to run one time (Schedule Now Option) and check the log file. Alternatively, you can check 'My Mails' for the status of the schedule
