  Please check if there is SMTP block (permission to allow emails to flow from a different domain) set for the emails. If yes, remove the block and you should get the reports in the email.

• The store order is different each time Store Authorization KPI is executed. What could be the reason?

  This is true in case of SQL KPIs If a manual KPI is created/generated using SQL then, the store does not come in order. There are certain other limitations in SQL KPI apart from this. As a workaround, we suggest you to publish this as an auto KPI.
