The recipients donot recieve the reports scheduled through Report Burst. Why?
The scheduled reports delivery can fail, if: a. The reports are improperly scheduled. b. There is any time out exception in the application log, the application is unable to connect with the client environment's SMTP.

Why does My Report Subscription menu bar displays no records found even though we have scheduled daily and weekly reports to external email ids?
Subscribed reports to external email ids are not displayed under My Report Subscription because there is no user_id for external email IDs and subscription's details cannot be saved in ADMIN_RPT_SUB_DETAILS,ADMIN_USER_REPORT_SUBSCRIPTION tables.
I am not getting scheduled reports to my email. Why?
Please check if there is SMTP block (permission to allow emails to flow from a different domain) set for the emails. If yes, remove the block and you should get the reports in the email.
