The new scheduled alerts are not listed in 'My Alerts', though the reports are delivered to the recipients. Why?
Remove the old alert entries from the tables- 'ADMIN_ALERTS', 'ADMIN_ALERT_STATUS', for the new alerts to get displayed in 'My Alerts'. Sometimes the old alert entries in the table induce problems, when retrieved from the DB.
