There is no drill down feature from the Grid portlet, as a dashboard is just the consolidated view of the KPI. The 'Jump to KPI' utility within the intuitive grid portlet, can be used to go to a specific KPI and view the drill down results.
The view definition of the graph might have got corrupted. Republish the graph to resolve the issue. After republishing the graph, you can configure it on a dashboard portlet. In case if the problem persists, please contact the support team.
