  When we select 'Add Base Measure', the list of base measures used in the KPI gets listed under 'Available Base Measures' pane. The pane will be blank when it has no combination of dimensions used in the KPI. This is the functionality of ARC.

• Unable to add Measures while publishing the KPI. Why?

  The measures you are trying to add might have no corresponding dimensions existing in the application. Please add the dimensions for those measures & then try to add measures from the front end.
