There is an enhancement to show 'Load External Data' tab by default while accessing a filter (advanced pop-up filter). You need to switch over to the 'Search' tab to view and select the filters.
This issue can be due to large browser cache. Clear the browser cache and the issue should be fixed. If the problem persists, re-publish the KPI. If you require further help, please contact the support team.
