• Why is the drill down icon not displayed in dashboard Grid Portlet?

  There is no drill down feature from the Grid portlet, as a dashboard is just the consolidated view of the KPI. The 'Jump to KPI' utility within the intuitive grid portlet, can be used to go to a specific KPI and view the drill down results.
