Please find the illustration below to better understand the functionality of the Quadrant Bubble graph: The horizontal line is 'Net Sales variance' and the vertical line is 'PVA Sales Variance' and the result is: (A) Top Left - (-) Net Sales variance & (+) PVA Sales Variance (B) Top Right - (+) Net Sales variance & (+) PVA Sales Variance (C) Bottom Left - (-) Net Sales variance & (-) PVA Sales Variance (D) Bottom Right - (+) Net Sales variance & (-) PVA Sales Variance Origin Calculation for Measures: The x and y plotting values for the quadrant bubble chart is calculated based on the measure origin calculation. By default it is set to average, and we have 4 different calculations such as average, sum, minimum and maximum defined for each measure. The tool tip represents the actual value of the x and y. Computations are done in the following manner: Average = Sum of the measure value / No of stores Sum = Sum of the measure value Minimum = minimum value among the measures Maximum = maximum value among the measures. Origin calculation for dimension: If you select the value for the dimension e.g: store (E309) then, the selected value will be considered for origin calculation and will override the measure defined calculations.
