• All graphs on the dashboard portlet except the 'Dial Graph' works properly. How can I make the 'Dial Work' to work?

  Ensure that the 'AngularGauge.swf' file is present under the following path especially for the configured dial graphs to show up on the dashboard graph portlet. Tomcat\webapps\ARC\Flash\fusion.

• The graphs configured on the dashboard portlet is scrambled

  Set the browsing history to " Every time I visit the web page" if the browser used is IE. IE -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Setting (Browsing history) -> Every time I visit the web page Please refer the attached doc for the IE compatibility settings

• Why are the graphs configured on the dashboard portlet scrambled?

  If you are using IE, set the browsing history to "Every time I visit the web page." Refer the attached document

• Manage module doesnot work properly

  If there is no KPI in the newly created module, the module doesn't reflect in the Analyst. Therefore, add at least one KPI (assigned to a KPI Group) for the module to appear in Analyst.

• Drilled down data sorting does not work properly. Why?

  Try the following steps: 1) For child level drill down, remove the 'Order by condition for the measure 2) To get the first column sorted in ascending order, Set the 'order by condition' as 'ascending' for department_code level in the datamodel.
